If you are having issues with our product, please send us an email with necessary screenshots to understand properly and assist you within a minimal time.

  1. Before issuing a refund you should allow us time to check and fix the issue. We believe your time is valuable and we will try our best to resolve the issues in minimal time possible.
  2. If we fail to solve an issue in our product, we will definitely issue you a refund.
  3. Refund requests has to be made within 7 days of purchase. No requests after 168 hours from the purchase time will be accepted.
  4. You can only request for a refund if we fail to solve an issue.
  5. No refund will be offered if you do not wish to use the theme.
  6. No refund will be offered if you do not allow us to check the issue on your site.
