Posting a private question for the admin nearly a week ago and have gotten no response. This is an urgent issue, and I’m frustrated.
Is anyone else out there having problems post-WP update with the theme color scheme and font?

Is there a problem with WPBakery because I don’t have the most recent in-theme version? If so, how can I get that? Again, I renewed support specifically for this question ($40) and will seek a refund through Envato if I don’t get any reply.
