1) I put the CSS code in to change the color of the header background, and dontate button color. It looks fine on desktop but the mobile is not changing. Please advise what to do to fix.

2) The “site accent” color and “site links” color is still red and wont change to the green I set in the options. Am I going to have to use CSS for that too? Seems like the them should be doing all of this.
