Hello, 
I have been using the 69 Studios Theme since 2017 and the version I am using is outdated. I would like to update the theme but there is no notification that a theme update is available in WordPress. 
 
Can you please help me with the best practices on updating the theme when this is not the case. I would be going from version 1.0 to the most current version.
