Offcanvas Sidebar Menu Not Working on Mobile or Desktop

I’ve tried to add a navigation menu to the offcanvas sidebar but the menu will not display. Also, we need to only show the offcanvas option on mobile devices only.  Right now we have no menu showing on mobile devices and need help urgently.
