Materialize Theme: How to change email and phone in Header topbar?

The Header Customizing has a setting to turn on/off “Header topbar visibility”. But I can’t find where to change the default email and phone number that gets displayed when the Header topbar is visible.

How do I change it from the default “info@materialize.com” and “+01 123 456 78”?
