Materialize carousels not displaying in IE and Firefox

Hi,
I have carousel posts  on my Homepage which look great in Chrome however when I test in IE and Firefox – they are not working. They are no longer in a carousel and are displaying individually in one column.
Please see attachments – can you advise how I fix this?
