We are unable to set a mobile menu.
What option are we missing?

In the Menu Settings, we only see
Primary Menu
Top-bar Menu

There is no checkbox for mobile menu as we see in the documentation here:
http://trendytheme.net/doc/edukare/managing-menu.html
