Where do I find the license for Activating WPBakery Page Builder within the Nominee theme on WordPress?

Received the plugin with the Nominee theme, wonderful theme, but WordPress won’t let me activate the WPBakery Page Builder plugin in its settings without a license. Is that included somewhere that I’m not seeing? Thank you in advance.
