I have bought two of your themes, which I love, however I have been having a few issues with the “Materalise” theme, I purhcased the WordPress Estore and “check box” for the terms and conditions is not working. When I contacted them, I was told that
Your theme is including a hardcoded JQuery version on your site which it should NEVER DO! Every plugin and them should use the JQuery that ships with WordPress itself
Is the JQuery hardcoded as advised? – if so, is there anyway it can be amended without breaking your theme? – thanking you in advance for your help
