In the demo there is no page header image. I can’t get rid of the grey box with on it 1920px x 450px. I need it to be white like the demo with only the menu. What am I doing wrong? 
I also can’t get the Revolution Slider to work. I was hoping to get the basic structure up and running in a day but am really struggling to make it look like the demo. Please help me!
